Delete Your Account

Just want to delete a single contract?

You don't need to delete your whole account to remove a contract. Open the contract in the app and use the delete (trash) icon at the top of its details page. This permanently removes that contract and its mileage/market value entries while keeping your account and everything else intact.

Option 1: Delete in the app

Open the EquityGo app, go to the Account tab, and scroll down to Delete account. Confirming this immediately and permanently deletes your account and all associated data — this cannot be undone.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, email privacy@equitygo.co.uk from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account and profile information
• All PCP finance contracts you've added
• All mileage log entries
• All market value entries

Some records may be retained beyond deletion where required by law (for example, billing records under UK financial regulations, for up to 7 years). See our Privacy Policy for full details.
